But we've found a better way! So every account has a team of dedicated professionals trained and focused on one specific role. This gives you and your employees the best service and quickest response times. 

This not only makes it easier for us to provide great service but also gives you several points of contact when you need questions answered, employee/policyholder claims issues, etc. 

Here are the breakdowns of your benefits team. 

  • Account Executives

    Manages and directs your entire CEBA support team. Serves and helps to coordinate enrollmentsrenewals, and oversee the entire process year after yearAdditionally, they assist with educating company decision-makers with the latest benefit offerings on the market today. 

  • Benefit Counselors

    Trained and certified to educate and enroll your employees on all company benefit offerings, as well as an assortment of other benefits on the market today They are also available to your employees throughout the year for claim support and questions. Many clients also utilize our Benefit Counselors for new employee benefit on-boarding. 

  • Administrative Coordinators

    Your back-office logistics specialist.  This vital role is responsible for building your benefit enrollment platform, keeping you updated on deductions, and assisting with any and all invoicing issues.
